COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS

MATIAS' FIRST TIME GETTING A PIGGY RIDE

HE LOOKED SO MUCH BIGGER WITH HIS OVERALLS

MY SMILEY BOY :)

We only have a week left in KL until our trip to the states. I am so excited for my brother's wedding, since I will get to see friends and family that I haven't seen in years. In Chile, we have a tradition that the first dance of the bride and groom is a waltz. After the couple has danced alone for a few minutes, the parents of the bride and groom join them, and later the siblings. So, Gavin and I will be dancing in front of 120 people (no pressure at all). I know the main focus will be on the happy couple, but despite that I don't want to be the funny couple that can't move graciously through the dance floor.
This last weekend in KL, we did some errands that we needed to do before leaving. I get a little anxious to know the long flight that is ahead of us (only 30 hours), but Gavin is always looking the bright side of things and telling me it will be fine. So this weekend we just enjoyed yummy lunches with friends, took some naps, and enjoyed the present moment. Most of it, I tried to think how lucky I am to get to travel to visit my family, and that everything will be just fine, because it all ready is. My family, Gavin and Matias, they just make my life feel so much better and complete.
Hope you are all enjoying your weekend, and happy Memorial Day to my friends in the USA.

XO
