PLAYING WITH SOCKS

One of the perks of staying at home with Matias is that I get to play with him and try all the early childhood education tricks that I learned during my Masters.
The other day I laid Matias down on his play area for some hearing playtime. We have these Lamaze socks (a hand-me-down from his Auntie) and wrist band rattles. These are my favorite to use right now, because it promotes sensory development through touch, hearing and sight. Matias is in the stage where he loves to kick his legs everywhere,  every second. He wore the socks like normal ones, and kept kicking the entire time.
The wrist band rattle was also a favorite for him, since he loves to put everything he can grab inside his mouth. So, of course, he reached his arm to his mouth to "taste" the wrist band.
Tomorrow Matias is turning 3 months! Seriously, where did the time go?
