OREO CHOCOLATE DESSERT

Have you ever wanted to cook an easy chocolate dessert? Maybe you have friends coming over and you want to impress them with your cooking skills? If you said yes to either of these questions then you need to read this post. This dessert is your new life saver. My mom showed me this recipe the other day and I decided to save it for the future. On Sunday we had friends coming over for cheese fondue. I wanted to make an easy dessert that wouldn't be too heavy after eating so much cheese. I pulled out my mom's recipe and it was so easy and fast to make. This dessert doesn't need to be baked and only needs a few ingredients.
You will need:

A small pie container

CRUST:
1 oreo cookies package.
1/2 cup melted butter.

FILLING:
200 ml heavy cream.
200 gr milk chocolate
100 gr dark chocolate

TOP:
Fresh strawberries

In a food processor, crumble the oreo cookies until you have small crumbles. If you don't own a food processor, don't panic. You can put the cookies inside a ziploc bag and smash them using your hands or by rolling a glass on top of the bag. Add the melted butter and mix well.
Pour the mix into your pie container and spread evenly. Freeze in the freezer while you make the filling.
In a small pot, heat the heavy cream until warm. Mix the chocolate together in a bowl. You can use milk chocolate only or mix dark with milk. Once the cream is warm, pour it on the chocolate and mix well. Add the mixture on top of the crust. Place the fresh strawberries on top and refrigerate for 2 hours or over night.

You can watch this video if you need more information.

Have a sweet day!
