Over the weekend, Gavin and I went to IKEA. We wanted to return our Christmas tree since they will recycle them and give us half of our money back. Win win! We also were on the hunt for a dresser for Baby MJ's nursery that we wanted to use as a changing table.

The only problem with IKEA in Malaysia (and maybe in other countries) is that it gets so crowded, and the check-out lines are almost endless. So this time, we woke up at 8 am and headed early for our shopping quest. We got to return the tree and bought a dresser and a trash can for baby's smelly diapers, all in a reasonable time. Overall, IKEA was still crowded, but not as bad as other times.

For Baby MJ's nursery, I wanted to have a very simple room, with the essentials, and as he gets older, incorporate more things that can stimulate him. For now, we got the basics in his room, with lots of diapers. Right now, his crib is in our bedroom, which one day we will move it to his own room (I don't know if I will ever be ready to move him out of my sight).

Hope you all had a great weekend, and ready to a new week ahead!
