We are back in KL, Malaysia! We arrived Thursday night to meet with Gavin's auntie and uncle, who were waiting for us at our condo's lobby. They came from UK and stayed with us just two short nights. Our flight back home was wonderful, and we got quite a lot of rest. But to tell you the truth, I was a little in pain because my feet swelled, dramatically. I have never had such swollen feet like I had when we landed in KL. In a way, I am glad we are not traveling anymore until Baby MJ is delivered.

We had a fun and very active Friday with the visitors. After a late breakfast, we went to the Batu Caves, where a giant Hindu god stands next to the 71 steps into the cave. I skipped going up the steps, since I already went once, and probably would have taken me half an hour to go up only.
Later, we walked around the botanic and orchid garden. It was a lovely time to enjoy the
tropical flowers and to observe the art students who were spread around the garden, sitting on the ground and painting with watercolors and copying the orchids. Sadly, I felt the jet lag in me and the heat killed me, so I went back home, while the others kept touring around the city. Luckily Gavin came back home with a huge bouquet of flowers for the apartment. He's the best.
We finished the day with a lovely dinner at this delicious South American restaurant with an astonishing view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Baby MJ definitely enjoyed the fresh guacamole and plantain chips.

On Saturday afternoon, we went to our first of three pregnancy classes at the clinic where we will deliver Baby MJ. It was nice to be around other people going through the same as us, and getting more information for our next step in life.

Next Wednesday, we will be going to our monthly check-up for baby. Stay tuned for the next pregnancy update on Wednesday.
